At Grispoil, we pride ourselves on the quality of our machine-washable and machine-dryable western saddle pads. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
Returns and Exchanges - 30 days
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item for a full refund or exchange:
If it's a size or color error, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Clean and unwashed
- With all tags attached
or if you are not satisfied with the product, follow the steps on how to return an item.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will replace the item free of charge or refund you for the product when it is back in stock.
How to return an item
- Contact us at grispoil@videotron.ca
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging if possible
- Affix the return label that we will provide you after our contact to the package or envelope
- Contact us for package pickup
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at our expense. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Sale Items
Sale or promotional items can be returned under the same conditions, unless otherwise specified.
