Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Ontario and Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
• Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed and will be automatically displayed at checkout based on the destination.

Carriers

We use the reliable OGALO platform, which partners with well-known carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and DHL Express to ensure the secure delivery of all Grispoil products.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. You can track your package in real-time on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or if you encounter a problem, please contact us immediately at grispoil@videotron.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation quickly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In case of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
