At Grispoil, every western saddle pad is carefully designed and crafted by a passionate equestrian. We guarantee the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.
Warranty Period
All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase or receipt if bought online, against manufacturing and material defects.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers:
Stitching or assembly defects
Material problems (premature tearing, abnormal discoloration)
Defects affecting product performance
Any defect related to normal and proper use
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by improper maintenance or washing
Accidental damage, negligence, or misuse
Modifications or repairs performed by a third party
Damage caused by animals (bites, scratches)
Recommended Maintenance
To keep your warranty valid:
Machine wash your pad according to the following instructions: wash in cold or lukewarm water and use a mild detergent, without bleach
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
Regularly inspect your pad before use
How to Make a Claim
If you find a defect covered by the warranty:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Clear photos of the defect
A detailed description of the problem
Our team will review your claim within 2 to 3 business days and get back to you.
If the defect is covered, we will offer you:
A free product replacement, OR
A free repair, OR
A full refund
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for a valid warranty claim are at our expense. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Satisfaction Guarantee - 30 days
In addition to our manufacturer's warranty, you benefit from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your pad for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
